応募資格

  • 以下の⑴～⑷を満たす者 ①心身ともに健康な者 ②母語レベルの英語を習熟した者 ③業務に必要な日本語能力を有する者 （日本語能力試験 JLPT の N2 相当以上が望ましい。） ④英語教育に熱心で国際的視野（感覚）を有する者。 ⑤英語の指導経験を豊富に有する者。　　① In good physical and mental health ② Native English-level proficiency ③ Sufficient Japanese proficiency for general administrative tasks （JLPT N2 or equivalent level is desirable. ） ④ Possessing an international perspective and passion for teaching English ⑤ Experienced at teaching secondary-school English

勤務時間・勤務内容

  • 着任期間 2025 年 4 月 1 日～2026 年 3 月 31 日（1 年間）　 Term： April 1st, 2025 ～ March 31st, 2026 ［1 year］ (1) 勤務場所： 聖園女学院高等学校・中学校 藤沢市みその台１－４ （２） 勤務時間： 8 時 20 分～17 時 30 分（4 月～10 月中旬）、8 時 20 分～17 時（10 月中旬～3 月） (3) 授業時間数： 上限週 18 時間（中学の英会話・高校のライティング指導など） (4) 授業以外の業務： (1) Workplace： Misono Girls’ Junior and Senior High School, Misonodai 1-4, Fujisawa-shi, 251-0873 (2) Official Working Hours： Monday – Friday 8:20 ～ 17:30 （April ～ mid-October） 8:20 ～ 17:00 (mid-October ～ March) (3) Teaching Hours： up to 18 hours per week (Communicative English; writing instruction at the junior and senior high level) (4) Duties outside of classes： ① Participation in teachers’ meetings and English Department meetings ② Accompanying students on school events outside of school; club activities ③ Other various school duties (5) Working Schedule: Yearly set schedule ・ Occasional work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (about 7 days per year) ・ Some work duties during spring, summer and winter holidays for students ① 職員会議、教科会議への出席 ② 学校行事での付き添いおよび生徒の課外活動の指導 ③ その他さまざまな校務 (5) 勤務体系： 一年間の変形労働時間制 ・土曜日・日曜日・祝日に校長指定の出勤日が概ね 7 日ある。 ・土曜日・日曜日・休日に出勤を求められることがある。 ・生徒の春期・夏期・冬期休暇中にも勤務がある。 (６) その他 ・帰国生指導の経験や CLIL に興味のあることが望ましい。

給与賞与・福利厚生

  • (７) 給与等待遇： 本校の給与規定により支給します。 給与（参考：2024 年度） ・大学新卒（22 歳モデル） 214,200 円/月 ・大学既卒（教員経験 8 年、30 歳モデル） 283,800 円/月 通勤手当等 本校の規定に基づき支給、その他住宅手当等諸手当あり 期末手当 年間 4.4 か月(但し 1 年目は 2.86 ヶ月) 社会保険は日本私立学校振興・共済事業団（健康保険、年金）に加入 雇用保険、労災保険に加入します。 (6) We welcome teachers with experience or interest in working with returnee students and teachers interested in CLIL. (7) Salary and Compensation: Base salary is set by standard pay regulations. New university graduate: 214,200 yen/month; 8 years of experience: 283,800 yen/month Commuting allowance, etc., paid in accordance with the regulations of the school, and other allowances such as housing allowance are available. Bonus: up to 4.4 months/year(2.86 months in the first year) Enrollment in ‘Shigaku Kyosai’ (Private Schools’ Health Insurance and Pension System) Worker’s Accident Insurance and Unemployment Insurance
